Orders are processed as soon as they are received but delays can occur for technical reasons beyond our control. If you have not received an order within 28 days you can check its progress by emailing customerservices@rhweddings.com quoting your order number.

Prints cannot be rejected for reasons of content or composition. It may be necessary to alter the cropping of your chosen image to fit the format of the print size you have chosen. In such cases cropping/reframing will be done at our discretion. If you have preferences in this regard you should contact us before placing an order.
Refunds may occasionally be offered at our discretion.
