"Our wedding posed demanding conditions for a photographer. It was on 21st December, late at night, in a Scottish castle with very little lighting.
We also didn’t want staid and formal photographs but a record of what it was really like.

Julie really wanted a photograph of her with her dad. This one captures everything – how she felt going in, her pageboy and bridesmaid, and the wonderful backdrop.
This is quite a traditional wedding shot, yet Paul took it without us even realising he was there, and nailed it perfectly.
We really wanted photographs of all our friends and family at the wedding. Paul came up trumps with this, despite the fact that most of them were hurling round a ceilidh at 90mph.
We are so delighted with our wedding photographs. They are not just fantastic shots, but they manage to completely capture the feeling of what it was like on the day and night.
I wholeheartedly recommended Paul to anyone else planning their wedding,
